PAYMENT
We accept all currencies but PREFERABLY USD or HKD
We accept:
- Cash through mail (the most common method among customers)
- Western Union (the second common xD)
- Money Order
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Draft
** You are subject to any service charges that the payment method may require
** An email will be sent to you once we have received the money
We do NOT accept:
- Paypal
- Cheques (since apr 5)
- Other payment methods that involve credit cards
** Frankly, we are underaged :] and our supplementary credit cards do not offer Paypal service
SHIPPING
- All goods will be sent via Hongkong Post http://www.hongkongpost.com
- Orders are usually sent by Normal Air Parcel or Speedpost (EMS)
- Postage charges are subject to the weight of the goods
- You may request for services like Registered mail, Express, Insurance etc.
- You will be informed of the mailing charges via the confirmation email
** Orders will be sent from Hong Kong
*** The price we charge for shipping will be 2-3 dollars more than that u find on the above site, because we buy extra protective packaging for the goodies which costs money and does add to the weight.
POLICY
- All goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. We will only accept returns or exchanges if a wrong item is sent. Please email within 7 days from the date you receive the order and follow the instructions from our reply before returning the wrong item to us.
All goods are ensured to be in new or good condition at time of dispatch, unless otherwise stated before-hand.
- Cancellation is strictly not allowed after an order is confirmed.
